atrocious!!

first of all..i'm dead..it's alrdy march and i am jobless...my tp will be on the 22nd of march...my bday coming soon...getting old...omg omg...at this point of time...smtimes one will just wanna commit suicide...but maybe i am pessimistic so i wont do that..i believe a great job will come along soon...and i hope i can do well in tp..and older means wiser and as compared to the younger ones..i've seen more shit than u!! and of cuz, a chinese saying 'ate more salt than you had eaten rice'..duhz...why cant it be sugar? sounds nicer...

was bored this whole afternoon and was surfing ard trying to find a job..unknowingly..stumbled upon MDIS's webby trying to find a job...and i looked through the courses they have and i have this sudden intention to take up a diploma in travel and hospitality management..cant help it..i just enjoy being in service line..cuz i think service is very much impt in life...and i certainly cant tolerate abhorrent services...

one example..visited a certain cafe last night at cineleisure lvl 2...ordered some dessert and drinks..had asked for ice water but the 'waitress' (butch) said they dont serve ice water...it puzzled me as i saw her serving ice water to the customers sitting right in front of us..and so i asked if they sell water cuz thinking we may have to pay for them....and she replied 'no we dont serve at all'...so i questioned why she served to the customers in front of us..she rudely replied 'because they complained'..omg...it's like wat the hell..so i said 'then i am going to complain too!'..she has got the cheek to say 'sorry but i am just the staff here'.. HELLO..like duh i dunno u are the staff...precisely u are wking there tts why i am complaining to u!! no brains or wat?? so i just told her off..though not screaming..that i am a customer as well..if u can serve others ice water just becuz they complained so u can definitely do the same for mi.. (or smthing similar la..cant recall the exact words)..so she replied tt she will check for mi...after awhile..she came with a bottle of mineral water and said it's compliment from the cafe...again..with a stuck up tone that even if she gave mi perrier mineral water it wont cool me down...and guess wat..it's nt over yet...the cake shaun ordered took a million yrs to be served..i kinda suspect if they actually baked the cake on the spot...cuz it's ridiculous why my crepe was served much earlier when it's ordered later!!! so i asked her to check on the cake cuz i am alrdy finishing my crepe!! no..she didnt even check...so i called another waitress (butch again) to check on the freaking cake...guess wat...they forgot abt it...it's not that they gotta bake it...wat kinda service is this!??!?

omg..if i am a foreigner...it's definitely annoucing to the world that Singapore's customer service SUCKS to the core!! or rather...they dont even know the meaning of customer service...i think this has to be taught in school for watever courses or diploma or degree you are studying....customer service is not only applicable to the service industry..i feel it's essential for any industry in singapore..cuz the meaning of customer service is nt plainly explained as providing service to ppl...it's abt integrity and manners as well...it has to be applied in everyday life...you cant possibly present your proposal to your potential clientele in a rude manner right??it's about how you handle ppl...make them happy with what you provide..

so ladies and gentlemen...it's time to study more about wat customer service is as it's really useful in life...no matter wat you major in...be it engineering or techincal jobs..you wont want to make smone unhappy because you did not do a good job...you wont want smone to complain on you either..example ' hey your engineer did not fix my machine the way it shd have been done!!'... hello...cuz this is customer service as well....

buck up Singapore... ARGHHH

and yes...went for IT show at suntec with shaun and later on andrew..packed like sardines at convention hall lvl 6 where all the prestigious brands were located...had carl's jr for dinner...full like pig nw... *burp*
